We are aware of connection issues some customers are facing in China, caused by a more aggressive stance of the "Great Firewall" against encryption/VPNs. We are currently working diligently to overcome this. 

Here is what you can do if you use our software (version 2.0 for Win/Mac):

- Restart it from time to time (so it will get our latest updates). You should see in the Location list the servers recommended for users in China. 

- Connect only using L2TP/IPsec, PPTP and OpenVPN 256-bits. 

- If you don't use our software (ie., on tablets/smartphones), get in touch with us to receive further instructions.
