We finished porting the SecureProxy extension to Firefox (desktop). You can download it here.

Important notes: 

It will not protect against IP leaking through Flash, WebRTC, Java. 

Disable WebRTC in Firefox: type about:config in the address bar and toggle media.peerconnection.enabled to false. 
Block Flash: install Flashblock addon. The addon will allow Flash content only on-demand, on the websites that you trust.
