Our website (https://vpn.ac) is now blocked in China through DNS hijacking, resolving to IPs in South Korea, Azerbaijan and an US DoD IP. The last seems rather an unfortunate coincidence, in case it is a coincidence in the first place. 
We are currently working on making the wesite fully available through a secondary domain (mirror): https://vpnac.com 
If you are in China, please use the secondary domain to reach the site. Integration is not yet 100% done but most of our site content should be available. 

Also please note that email support is fully functional, so you can reach us even if site isn't reachable there.
