Version 3.4 of our Windows VPN client has been released. Most important changes:
- Added support for lowering MTU dynamically (OpenVPN only): use this if you experience packet loss/slow and unreliable connections with the default settings. It also helps by-passing some speed throttling against VPNs (e.g. in China).
- Added "Restore DNS" button which becomes available if you restart the software and it detects a change of your physical NIC's DNS since the last start.
- Added some routing changes that should allow reconnecting automatically to the same server if the kill switch/gateway removal feature is used. It works even when resuming from sleep/hibernate as long as local IP/network doesn't change.
- Multiple improvements and bug-fixes.
