UPDATE 25/06/2018: China connectivity issue (25/06/18)

Use OpenVPN XOR (support for obfuscation), OpenVPN ECC and 256-bit to connect. The first two (XOR and ECC) are available with our software for Windows and Mac, while 256-bit is available on all platforms. L2TP/IPsec and PPTP may also work in many areas of China. 
Also make sure you change your DNS servers instead of using DHCP set it manually to the following DNS resolvers: 208.67.222.222 and 208.67.220.220

With our software, use only the servers that are recommended to be used in China. For manual connections using PPTP, L2TP/IPsec on your iOS and Android devices, follow the instructions sent by email when signing up or get in touch with us.
