Can't connect to VPN: wrong user/pass

For security reasons, the VPN account is different than the Client Area (billing) account. The VPN login details are sent via e-mail once the account is activated. You can change the VPN password at any time in the Client Area - Services > My Services > View Details > Change VPN Password tab. 
The password is case sensitive. Use alpha-numeric characters and no language specific special characters. 
The VPN username isn't numeric only, its format is "vpn123456789" and not "123456789"
If you tried to login to the VPN with the VPN password you received or after you changed it yourself and it still doesn't work, open a ticket and we will investigate the problem. Before that, make sure you enter them correctly and keep in mind all the information above.
